The Cost of Switching Styles
I've seen teams in which people just felt that they had a vote and there was a democratic process, so you needed to respect the vote. But I saw very democratic teams that just felt that everyone had the right to provide input. The conscious part is very cost for any human. So you have to be aware of all of your current style to be able to switch to one different style and act like that for some time. And if you are choosing to be enlightened dictator, these will pay heavy on your cognitive load the idea of the day.
