Is There a Difference Between Training and Training?

The mix of the different carbohydrate tights you're emptying from the gut is actually quicker than if we were just getting that from glucose or multidextrin so it's a little bit of a misconception. and I think the other thing there is you are I'd suspect that when you're getting in that amount in the 250 mil flask you'll be increasing if loyed intake like you've said up and down depending on the condition. So what difference do you feel in terms of now being successful with your gut training and being able to get in the extra amount of carbohydrate how do you feel that's affected your training and or his racing?
