Are Structured Interviews Useful?

Interviewing is an apistemic problem, that you're given limited time and limited information about the other person. We define talent as the ability to come up with and carry forward new creative ideas. But if the job really is standing on an assembly line making the same motion many times in a row, our book isn't very helpful for that. That may be negatively correlated with some degree of imagination and curiosity su talents about capacity for innovation, correct ar leadment.
