i like going through this in my mind and making it real as if it really happened. Even though it's uncomfortable, even though i may never say or do what i'm thinking about. But what it does is it can prepare me. This is not r memorization. What this is really doing is preparing you for the consequences of what you did or said. If you can't be ok with the results that you get, the consequences that occur? Then you probably know what your fighter flight or frieze reaction will be. You might fight, you might flee, you might freeze. And it's good to what you will do in that moment. And that's what i do.
