How to Fit an Arrow Helmet Properly
You can have every piece of aerodynamic equipment available and still look like you're on a cruiser bike, right? And you're not going to be aerodynamic. You wouldn't want that same kind of arrow helmet where you're the tail sticking up in the air every time you look down. I'd also say for women, tucking ponytails into the helmet makes a significant difference. Having your hair out on the back does cause some significant drag and we've confirmed that.
