How to Keep Your Muscles Fresh in Running

The main recommendation I would have is because running is typically just in a forward plane. But moving in the other planes will just help balance you out, keep your muscles fresh. You don't necessarily have to have a whole formal stretching routine. If you're doing a dynamic warmup, like the high knees, some skipping, that kind of stuff, you really want to work through all of your available range of motion. It's the old use it or lose it.
