I don't think you jumped too quick I think there's going to be that discomfort and it kind of needs to be in a way that discomfort because we need a challenge. So yeah I think you did well in terms of the progress. And finally do you see this kind of issue around sort of challenging the gut and trying to build the amount of carbohydrate you can get in per hour? You know as you're starting with the solids now around the variety but also to be able to accommodate bulkier food rather than just relying on liquids. Is this a discussion that you see fellow runners having in terms of you know how much carbs I'm getting in or you know I'm getting gut issues
