The recession has hit incredibly hard, where there are people looking to stretch their dollar more than ever before. We know eight out of 10 customers that come into our store and I've never had a member activity rate or an overall activation rate that high. You have to build a program that truly gives value not just for plant gnomes, you know, or that type of thing. It can't just be the sea of sameness with the usual type of things.
