It's not always wise to come into the body. Sometimes you can read traumatized, you can actually get possessed by the emotions that are there and not actually serve healing. Some of the wise ways is to just get more engaged gradually without going right into where the wounds are with embodiment. You're including the wilderness, feeling the aliveness, pleasant or unpleasant. You're here. I'm going to take a few full breaths, open your eyes. This is the heart of the practice, noticing when you're off in the mental movie,. When you're talking to yourself, and gently coming back, breathing with, feeling what's in the body.
