Roxanne Jones: I've really enjoyed being your house just like hanging out, having deep conversations on your show. But when you get out in the boonies like where I grew up in these small towns, it's not like it's a bunch of hippies growing weed. That was a small fraction of those communities. It was regular people who have a couple cows and just down to earth country folk, even though you're still in California. Yeah, it's beautiful. And then you have the hangover of the hippie culture that centered there in the late 60s and even into the 70s. So it's an interesting place.

Josh Trent has always been consumed by a child-like curiosity, driving him to deconstruct and understand anything he learns about.

This insatiable curiosity kicked off a search for the truth about wellness, and over the past 16 years, Josh has learned that wellness isn’t just something that we do – it’s something that we are, an internal force that guides our thoughts and actions.
