The Importance of Systems Thinking in Product Design
Design thinking should be more broad than that, she says. Everything is interconnected and there's causality that you need to consider. And then lastly, there's wholeness, so kind of thinking about the entirety of a system rather than just like the one piece that you're designing for. That's how I think it can account for some of these shortcomings of user-centered design.
