You should be using that 80 20 rule to get the most out of your performance. You don't grow unnecessary muscle that might actually inhibit your game. A lot of people in this channel, the wutchthis channel, a lot of people that come through rubpy muscl might struggle with long term motivation. Even if you'lle not a rubby ply, this is a fantastic way to approach your training. There are so many different areas to address and improve,.
