The Importance of Indirect Strength Training

In 2011 for peak week before the pro international Nick never trained without a shirt on I just like just don't like to do it even at home or like I'm like to trick my shirt off and train like that. He says he can keep doing 20 sets of poles on lats and do two sets of biceps direct work and get just as good results if not better you know than doing all of this direct bicep work because there is a lot of realizing like I'm digging with the pickaxe to get all the other side of the mountain over time  not all at once but right now we're taking away what we're doing here from what we'redoing in our training
