relaxed running is a huge focus of mine because I've from realized that the best athletes were in so many elements whether it was mid race before race and then it's fairly relaxed customers like not there's always exceptions to that rule. When I'm trying to stay relaxed it's more about my arm carry. So I can relax my arm carry even when it's up a pretty decent difficult hill. I generally move a little bit better, especially down hills while you just want to drop drop your shoulders and relax down the hill  and keep your cadence up. Just let the the hill sort of take you down rather than trying to put the brakes on so you don't fall over. It
