i mean, there are typically two ways in which you would discover a category. And that would come from either a market insight or a technology insight. A market insight would identify a new ity that could be met by building a new technology. So to give an example of uber, the problem already existed. Of you stood on a street corner in london in the pouring rain, and you had no idea if there was a taxi in the vicinity or not. That problem existed.
