Patella tendinopathy is a load related injury. The better jumpers end up getting it because you're sending more load through that tendon. Slow stuff for unhealthy tissue works, fast stuff for healthy tissue. It's like there's healing and then there's injury reduction stuff. And I think people blend those two worlds together a little bit too much instead of being like this is what we need to heal.
