Yesso: I struggle to find that forty five minute, one hour period where i can go to the gim let's say, and have a workout. Even as a kid, even as a teen ager, in thos two minutes, i would be knocking out some pressups or some lunges. So my goal, and your gol, is o try, ang, from what i understand of what you do, dal, is to try and simplify things to people and try and inspire them. It isn't as hard as you think it is.
