The Importance of Simplifying Nutrition
I really love simplicity I love that I can make nutrition more clear for people and I'm thrilled if that's the case. But there is a point in which it's too simple and too simple would be tell me the yes no on this food right like can I eat I don't have steak It's like okay too simple too simple because every food can be part of a healthy diet. If we just slow down a little bit and kind of understand some of the concepts and how they all fit together so that you can be empowered to kind of understand the nuance that's really an answer that you can use right for the long term.
