I think it's really knowing a lot about the product and also being able to drive a meaningful conversation through that knowledge. You get two sides of the spectrum where you have people who don't know anything about tech and maybe are charismatic that can help them get conversations. I've sold databases, DevOps tools, and largely still doing that right now. But yeah, feel free to check it out it's in the description of every video and had a lot of success.
