Ssapnel: Pilot trials are useful to show that these drugs can be used. The pilot trial really tells you the nuances on the dozing, right? We started with 25, 50 hundred. What we ended up using in the trial was 12 and a half, 25 50,. So if to do the trial all over again, i'd start with six point two, five or even 12 point five. If i had started right on da one plusibo versus drug, there would be a placibo effect. But even with clinic blood pressure monitoring after two weeks of placibo, runnin, there's not much of a placibo Effect. Even with emlitory, no problem
