Is There a Risk of Insomnia?
i'm no cardboard cut out of sleep perfection, i've struggled with bouts of insomnia. I feel as though it's important that people like the world health organization or the seedy sea not be gun shy in terms of giving us the information i'm regarding risks to our physical and mental health. And so i do feel it important that the science of sleep is is given to the public. But i also understand that it can be complicated and triggering for some people.
