We're Seeing the High Points of the Joness Life
The average American citizen spends ten hours and 20 minutes per day looking at screens. We have seen each other largely through social media, which means that we view ourselves with all our foibles or the down sides of our lives. And then we compare ourselves to others, except what we're seeing is a highly curated version of them. So i think that's been a damaging in that i's that tremendous tendency to look down on ourselvesor do so comparisons with others, and come up lacking.
