Smoking a Steak on a Dran O
When you've got a really thick steak, when you're smoking it like that on that dran o, it allows it to get even ye it does comon. That's the good thing about having the distance between the coals and the great or reverse searing. You do have to watch though, so on. Ta drum, yes, the flames get to kicking and it's raging hot. And you n't do that for too long. O, jit's going to really fire, but it's not as dangerous as, i ess, dangerous, or flaming up as it would ave been on webber or pique because you're grat so close to your coals
