How to Choose the Best Mediator for Your Case
Some of the best mediators that I have used and that we continue to use actually are not attorneys. You're going to want to select someone that is familiar with family law. Select a mediator that maybe knows both of the attorneys and has worked with them before. Frankly, the mediators can't tell you what you have to do or how to settle your case.
