How to Make a Star Call

Lucy: I've worked in the industry for quite a long time. And while I enjoyed all of the work I was doing to various extents, the most fun that I had and the most enjoyment that I had was making my own things. So working somewhere like nice and safe and supportive was also one of my large goals. Doug: For me, I think stock ups definitely like the first priority and my staff the first priority because I just want them to enjoy what they're doing.
