The Role of Society in Perfectionism
Perfectionism is something about what you stand for, what people are seeing and how you deliver in terms of results. I think it's very much that we get tied up in cognitions around I need to be a certain way. So if I'm head girl I've got to be this certain standard and maintain it as well. We're going to ask you actually how you deal with it in other people so if you're not somebody who hard relates to head girl energy but you've got head girl energy coming at you left right and center from a colleague how would you deal with that?
