How to Heal Anxiety

When you're feeling anxious or alarmed, scan your body rather than going up into your head and try to figure it out. For me, it's in my solar plexus. And if I can drill down into that bodily structure, I can reverse engineer that back into the subcortical structures where those things were embedded in the first place. You can't heal a feeling problem with what anxiety is, what they thinking solution. It just doesn't work.
