In other words, is really recognizing our interdependence as human beings. So in my book, i offer a practice, inspired by bon to consciousness, which starts with a kind of willingness to turn toward other human beings. And we can do this whether some one knows we're doing it or not. We might find ourselves. For me, breathing reminds me taking a conscious breath.
