The Importance of Subjective Feedback

Athletes are able to give coach subjective feedback that is critical. It's what all of these athletes were good at as well, giving you the information behind the numbers. When things weren't feeling so good, they hadn't slept very well, their stress levels were high,. Their heart rate variability was pouring on the day when they had a good run. Those things were reversed and everything was looking good.
