The problem is if you only do best practice, my point is like you start with best practice or some version of best practice and then you augment them. Let's look at the email segmentation example because that is something that everybody who is a marketing minded person, whether you're a marketer or not, totally understands and has felt that pain. You can make arguing that segmenting your email list is not a best practice. It's just like, it's a principle. And then how you segment, what data you use and all of that stuff, there are lots of best practices around that and there are ways to innovate on that. I think both of those outcomes are possible.
