A protein shake is a good opportunity to get in some quick digesting protein post workout. I use almond milk, which is almost like water, you know, but I can't drink the milk. So although if you do the fair life, the fair life works pretty good. If you're lactose intolerant,you know, but then you get more calories. That's a good or bad, depending on who you are. Depends on your goals.
