The Importance of Functional Patterns in Stress Management

I think I'm the best example of what functional patterns can do for a human body, how the stress associations can change. There was a book that I read called The Tarity of Words which helped me kind of codify my language to be more responsible with the words that I use. You don't need to overanalyze the diet component. What you mentioned feeling good and like this constant improvement towards always trying to feel a little bit better. Some modifications you made that produce disproportionately large improvements in how you felt.
