How to Train for Speed and Explosive Power
Tyler: I think this summer, what I wanted to do is get Olympic lists. Like Hank Clean's really is one of my favorite things like being an athlete and going through everything. And so I'm just trying to bring those back to the forefront and kind of bring something new into my workout. If your goal is to build to work on speed and explosive power, you want to rest as long as necessary. You don't want to train these to fatigue. That's how you train for power. Otherwise it's going to turn into a stamina workout.
