The World on the West Is Getting Stronger
Professor Bruce Gilly says colonialism is seen as unambiguous bad that can be chalked up on the negative side of Western society and constantly used to bash it whenever it claims any right. Part of it's a response to the fact that as the world progresses, the West is getting stronger, in my view. The Chinese model is flat. The Russian model is over. The Brazilian model is long dead.
