The Eight Step Plan to Let Go

Anxiety you'll typically feel in your lungs and your chest getting tighter contracting, not expanding. If you just do the opposite of what that feeling is causing you to do, it normally flips you out of it. What do you find helps people who feel in state of anxiety, fear depression? Exercise, breath work, so you have the awareness, you have the acceptance,. now you're ready to feel it fully, step number three, allow yourself to feel the negative feeling fully. It's all about an emotional transformation and that's hard for me because I was very analytical.
