Why Don't Weave That Into a Cold Call?
How do you start a cold call? You could use one of many openers. Once you get permission to explain why you're calling, I would say something like, hey, people leaders are moving to a more continuous performance and feedback culture in 2023. And then I would ask them a question about how they're handling that process today. So what you're doing is you're being like, look, here's the area around that I help with. Here's the problem that I think you may be experiencing.
