I think it's going to be a little less than large or tallow, beef tallow but it's still not going to be safe. Probably not. But in the fine print as I mentioned this is refined carbohydrates. This isn't a natural fruit, vegetable type of carbohydrate that is full of fiber. To modulate the insulin levels. So if he could get everyone to remember just one thing is that for the cardiovascular system insulin is the enemy. If people are not working on their core they end up with the insulin resistance issue which generates more plaque in the arteries.
