And are there self critical thoughts that you tend to have about yourself in this way? Just think about how these mental patterns might contribute to your daily stress. All right, chapter two, plan your day. For a long time when I realized that I was busier than really was good for me, I wanted to rest. But darn it, my schedule just kept filling up. So we have to do more than hope and intend. We have to actually put some things in place so that we can have time for the things that are important to us.
