Dry Hopping
Dry hopping is kind of the key lever that brewers are pulling in order to get more of that hopper aroma. There's a lot more use now, especially in styles like Hazy IPAs and even in West Coast IPAs. And that's created this big waste stream that's spent hops, right, or true in the bottom of the fermenter.
