The Wiggle It, I'm a Condition Grappler, and I've Been Trying It
I set the goal to be able to do the socker field with the wiggle, right? And i chipped away at that sucker till i got there. That kind of thing is ants. It's' important you're in a martial arts mind sat, even when your not on the mat. and it does condition you up. I've gotten back into doin swings. Ti, so i'm doing, usually, ah, just six sets of tensin s and i'll pick one of the heavier bells that we have.
