How to Navigate Change in a Startup Environment
Change management is a time consuming and difficult thing to do. As enablement practitioners we also need to be in a position where we feel empowered to caution the business against too much change. That is not the easy thing to do that is not something that is usually well received, especially in a startup environment. But I think if the practice can put themselves in a place to invest in certain big rock initiatives that can help and help the organization navigate that change.
