The Importance of Strength Training for Climbers
There are a whole number of factors that go into maximal strength training so I'd really recommend having a read around those. You also will see or when to set a training your strength training is when you're trying to improve muscle mass particularly or via hypertrophy. So this really relates back to in particular those two key groups that I see with our youth athletes and then also our aging or senior athletes who really need to make sure that they focus or maintain a pretty strong balance of strength training every single year.
