The Dionysian, the Artist of Apollo With His Little Cithera or Harp?
Only incessant resistance to the titanic barbaric nature of the dionysian could account for the long survival of an art so defiantly prim and so encompassed with bulwarks. He sang, you know, we need allusion to in order to be rdeemed from this world of suffering. And yet, the deonycion, which embodies this, a terrible wisdom of selinus, is so powerful; it's better conveyed in his image when he says "What is the artist of apollo?"
