Question from the audience. Can you go over best ways to execute on that? I can't really, because i'm not a lawyer. It's important to engage one in creating these employes ind cenator programmes - they're too important. And if it's not done well, i think it can undermine your relationsip with your employees. So i think it's worth spending the extra buck to get a good lawyer to do it properly.
