Is It Secular Meditation?

I don't think there're a lot of christians out there meditating. I like the idea that the way to grate values into this practice in a secular way is just thinking about desiring the flourishing of other people. That sounds prodiagony without a lot of other nonsense you might bring in with the, with the non secular stuff. Ye, nos, i love it. Ok, so i think we've diagnosed sam mers. We know what's wrong with them. No, not really. I don't relly think this is that related, honestly. Now biggens more whether you're a constantly meditating on how much the damned kids are ruining colleges and stuff
