The biggest mistake that we see people running into is the lab increases the intensity too quickly without enough to the steps between one intensity to the next. You're going to get a lot of information out of the test besides just your zones. But again, it's really important to understand how the lab is doing the test and for you as an athlete what you're hoping to gain from the test.
