For me, for sales culture, I think good or great sales culture is defined about some of the elements we've already talked about. Do they invest in their people? Are they clear about the outcomes that they're trying to drive? are they clear about their position in the organization? If the sales group and culture surrounding that have a lot of those elements, clarity, focus, people first investments,. That to me is a great sales culture as a starting point. And Paul, let's come back to, I guess, what we diverged from our good, bad and ugly intent.
