Stress Is Not Equal to Pressure
Stress is equal to pressure divided by resilience. Pressure is the situation, but that's the numerator of our life. Resilience is also a numerator the coping skill, the inner power. So we need to remind ourselves every day: i am the creator of my every thought, every feeling, every word, every behavior. It's all about making the right choices as terms of res onses to every situation and every person's behaviour in life. That's emotional well being.
