I'm a huge fan of, I mean, of all different nuts. A typical serving is about what was 28 grams and that's a handful. So yeah, that's about three servings a day. But you don't need to go that high, even having a couple of servings a week has a huge benefit. Do you think there is any merit to the concern about like oxalates and anti-nutrients that people seem to have so much on social media these days? It's something I know hardly anything about, and I think it's something I would know more about.
