Do you when you ask for their schedules. Does that schedule also include, you know, sleep time and time to eat and so on? I wish i could also track also those kind of information as you just mention, like food quality, por timing, anda, recovery,. But reality looks, looks different, to be honeste. What what about le's let's say you have somebody who is very busy with with work and family, and they have a, i don't know, ten hours per week to train perhaps - but they want to be doing half or full distance a traflance.
